Tata Sky — Wrongful selling | |||||
I have been wrongfully sold a channel package by tata sky exec...i have been using mega hd for some years now but tata sky exec informed that the ultraplus hd will have same services and few additional ones...i cross checked that i will be getting active services and she said yes but its not true...now when i brought this in notice of one of their senior exec, Vaani, she blatantly told me that she cant do anything and if i want active services, I will have to shell out extra money.what kind of service proposition is this and what is this attitude of their execs???
