Tata Sky — wrongly charged no telecast no services and inspite of reporting the problem does not raise the complaint and no action taken. | |
I am mritunjay prasad and my customer id is -[protected]. 1) on 5th i had complaint about overcharging after lodging the complaint on 8th late evening they credited overcharged amount and same night after taking a happy code by calling me and probably closing the case at 11:30 pm they deactivated my a/c again. 2) every time we call the cutomer care no unnecesary they prolonged the talk by asking your name, customer id, address, phone no. So i believe all this deta is with the company already while booking /connectionof the tata sky. And we have to bare the calling cost which i paid 187rupees already only for calling tata sky since 1st of sept. 3) the day service is not provided by tata sky still daily charges has been debited from the a/c. 4) every time you call your cutomer care the first thing they say is we need to send the tech. And it will be charged so it means if your network is not working and for your mistake we have to pay and how many times we have to pay? For your fault / netwrk failure etc.5) on basis of my last complaint and last service provided by the technician aamir calling me and asking me why i have to complaint. On top of that he "s advising me what to complaint. Because of my complaint he is saying that he has lost the job. Does your company allow your field worker to call the customer directly for their personnel problems or for companies decision? 6) does your company has any s. O. P. Or chain of command or any herracki? This is strictly not acceptable at all. 7) your front line rep. Hasitate to raise the complaint and send the complaint no via sms. For rest every other thing you all send the messages like deactivation, recharge, technician visit etc. But for complaints their standard reply is system failure. And this is i have experinced several time. This is really rediclus. You people have to have guts to face the problems and pride in solving the problems. Was this information helpful? | |
