Tata Teleservices — Complaint not being Resolved or even Entertained for last 12 Days

Dear Sir/Ma'am My Account No is[protected]. My broadband is not working since last 10-12 days. Time and again i have raised complaint with Tata Teleservices, but all i have got in response is that my problem will be resolved by Tomorrow, but nothing happens on next day and on asking about the problem status i finds out that Complaint has been closed without resolving the Problem. So its a request kindly intervene and get my problem rectified. Latest Complaint No :[protected]
