Due to improper services and customer support, I deactivated Tata's broadband service and paid all the outstanding bills on 18th Dec 2014 ( Receipt Attached ). Today on 22nd Aug 2015, I receive a legal notice stating my bill amount is outstanding. This is a pure case of harassment as all the bills were paid and the services were discontinued. Now when I am asking for details they are saying that they cant provide it as the account is deactivated for more than 6 months.
