Tata Teleservices — Harassment to close connection

POS office of TTS in Thippasandra and Call center are harassing me. I request for a conversion from post to pre paid. Provided UID card as proof, they rejected. I request them to close the connection they are refusing to do so. I have written to their legal counsel asking to terminate the connection immediately (as of today 06/07/2015) by email and have not received any response from them
the quality of service is pathetic, POS executive and call center executives misbehave with customers and do not honour a request of the customer, but rather keep coaxing the customer to accept their new offers. I clearly told them to close my connection, I was advised the reference numbers[protected]for post to pre paid conversion) and when things didn't work to close(REf No[protected].
They tell me there is no closure request.
