Tata Teleservices — landline services down since last 15 days in spite of repeated complaints

My tata landline no[protected] of pune, is down since last 15 days, i have done numerous complaint to the customer care and emails as well.
The complaint reference is[protected]. The customer have been promising me
Each time that the complaint will be resolved soon, however there is no solution in sight,
I have my family members abroad and it is very important that i should be on touch with them.
