Dear sir/madam,

I am mudassar mulla receiving emails from advocate deepak choudhari ([protected]@gmail.com) regarding payment due on belown mobile number;

I would like to share that i have never used service with above details, still every one or two days i am getting emails. I am not a expert but this could be mistake or fraud case done by some unknown person. Also i would like to highlight that i never stayed on address the above mentioned number is registered. Before i change my house i have already paid last bill amount then deactivate service.

Please let me know what steps should i take. For more information please revert back.

    We are supposed to receive a refund of two months advance amount which we paid. We have been following up tts from past few months on this. Instead of giving back our money, they have sent a legal notice claiming dues from our end. This is very unethical on their part. Their services are already hopeless. We already lost our business for one week. Added to that they are harassing the customers with false claims.

      Under instructions from our client m/s. Tata teleservices limited, 2-a, old ishwar nagar main mathura road, new delhi - 110065 herein after referred to as our client, we serve you with this legal notice:

      1. My client is a leading unified access service provider in india and provides various telecom and other services in various telecom circle in india by virtue of licenses granted by department of telecommunications (Dot), government of india.
      2. That you approached my client for availing services, for which you have duly signed subscriber application form and other related forms and submitted documents as per the norms prescribed by dot for availing the services.


      3. That you stopped making payments for the services rendered by my client for reason best known to you, despite availing the services of my client to the tune of rs 686/-


      4. That there after my client requested you to make the aforesaid payment, however, in spite of repeated reminders and request, you have failed and neglected to make the payment of the legitimate dues of my client amounting to rs 686/-as on date.

      5. That you acts and intention clearly amount to breach of trust and dishonesty to our client. Hence you have made yourself liable to be prosecuted under various provisions of civil/criminal laws, as applicable.

      Inspite of repeated calls to customer care to deactivate the service i received this legal notice forcing customer to pay 686. I have never used or made any calls through this number for last 6 months. I demand that my service has to be disconnected and tts has to revoke the legal notice and declare that i dont owe any amount to them
      I tried contactinf the person above and that person politely heard but never responded to my greivances i had to call that person back demnading for a reply. If this is the kind of treatment that customers get, tata docomo i warn you that you will soon go out of business and all your irresponsbile representatives will have to answer for their negligence

        I am a customer of tata teleservices for landline service number[protected] from more than one year. The handset sold by the company was made in china product of very inferior quality and we could make it, that it will only survive its warranty of just one year only. It happened in the same way as expected and on 21aug2017, our handset stopped working with no incoming /outgoing calls even though screen shows numbers being dialled.

        I initially went to their business associate dixit enterprises in shop no. 5, 80/66a, malviya nagar, new delhi and mr. Bhola nath trivedi advised us to go to service centre in connaught place. We decided to go nearby customer service centre in h-15a, kalkaji, new delhi and mr. Jyoitirmay advised that you need to buy new handset and it cannot be repaired. He gave us the price list of new handset as rs 1850/- and also repaired old set as rs 1100/-. Though company is refusing to repair the handset but they are selling old repaired phones at cheaper price to their customers.

        We have also sent three mails to their customer service e-mail id < listen @ > and also registered complaint on their website and we were subsequently allotted two complaint nbrs #[protected] and #[protected] on same day but all in vain. They have closed the complaint by their automated mail without any solution so far. The mail dtd 7sep from customer service manager mr. Anku maan has advised that if you wish our engineer can visit your house for checking the instrument and visiting charges is rs 250/-. Inspite of fact that their service centre has already earlier examined the handset which they wish to fully ignore inspite of being aware of it. But their focus is only to make money and not concerned or bothered that from last more than 22 days instrument is lying dead and customer is not able to utilize their services. Not only that, they advised full phone rent shall be charged even though instrument is lying dead and we have already received the bill for sep17 on 11sep17.

        It is complete service failure in the part of tata teleservices and this callous and irresponsible attitude shows that they are only concerned about making money from customers and not bothered about their quality of services.

        Kindly look in to this matter and make sure the service providers are not able to do cheat and harass the customers to whom they are serving and their 'existence' is fully dependent upon them.

          Let me clarify one thing i am continuously sending mails to tata teleservices but no one is ready to reply where my device got damaged/broken in october 2016 and i am absolutely unable to use it, and in october 2016 i visited the tata store in sector-4 vaishali ghaziabad and give request to close it because it is got damaged and clear my all dues till that date.

          And a lady told me sir please call our customer care to close it and i had called up the customer care then executive said sir we will replace it free of cost because your device is in guarantee till jan 2017. Then i said madam i am going somewhere outside for 3 months so please close it but she convinced me to retain it on some plan where i have to pay rs. 150 for three months only and my device will be replaced free of cost as per cust care executive. But when i visited the tata store in sector 18 noida they said sorry sir we can't replace it you have to take new connection i said your cust care executive told me it would be replaced by you free of cost then why are you refused it.

          Then i tried to convinced them to replace or close it. And i called the customer care to closed it immediately because this is your fault your employee given me a commitment otherwise i had closed it from my side in october 2016 and paid total bill amount, so please close it i don't want to continue and it has been closed at that time.
          Then where it bills comes regularly and why should i pay it whether i can't use it because it was damaged tata's employee fully misguided me i should take a legal action for misguiding, cheating and disheartning me regularly and you are send me a notice no problem i am also going to take appropriate action in consumer court and i have all the proofs regarding the same.

              I raised a cancelation request on 28th sep 2015 but the disconnection was done only on 4th oct. I was charged full rental until 20th oct. When i am trying to seek clarification on the disconnection date they are giving me different dates on mail, call. They have sent many mails asking to pay the dues but no one is helping me understand how those dues were calculated. I am not surprised they lost market share in data services. Their processes and customer service is pathetic.

                This is regarding to the mails which i am getting on behalf of tata docomo services as notice to something which was already resolved from tata services ages back.

                I'm not sure why and who is sending these mails but it seems to be fake as there is no action i need to take or tata docomo needs to take on me.

                Please check who is sending these bogus mails and should be stopped from tata services.

                  I just received an email from someone called advocate deepak choudhari for an overdue of rs. 335. This is related to account number account no:[protected]. I settle all the bills and disconnected this number in may 2014. But still i receive mails like this which are nothing but threat letters. The amount is small, i can easily make the payment and settle this. But should i do that and succumb to this meaningless threat? I made a request to disconnect the account in may 2014 and it was acknowledged. But they only disconnected the number in august 2014 and i left pune in early june. Why should i pay if the company fails to disconnect the account despite my request? I also requested the company to come and collect the modem in may and no one turned up. So i had to leave the modem with a friend of mine from whom the modem was collected later. I am attching a snapshot of the email that i sent to tata docomo requesting to disconnect the account in may. This kind of irrational email and threats are not at all expected from a company of tata's repute. Please suggest ways through which this can be dealt with.
                  Same here. I am also getting threatening emails from Deepak Chaudhary but with inflated bill figures.

                  I have not used a Tata connection for almost a year now and tehy are demanding a 3-month bill out of nowhere.

Anyway i paid my outstanding bill, the number is some one using, but still am getting the notice from lawyer to make the payment, my request to tata service please sending me such a harassment emails i have made the payment and am not using that number at all.

                          Hello,
                          I was a loyal customer of your company since last 7-8 year and my number is [protected]. When i bought this sim along with brand new handset the distributor of your company assured me that my call charge will be rs1/10minutes (Pay per call) lifetime. But to my surprise suddenly from 12/06/2017 at around 19:15pm (Even in the morning of 12/06/2017 you deducted as per my plan i. E. Rs 1/10min) you started deducting rs2/min (Rs 20/10min from rs 1/10min). So you have increased my call rate 1900% (!!!). Now when i contacted customer care via email and call vide complaint no – pbr12452616 their reply is same old clichéd – “sir company has changed its policy, we can’t do anything about it.” now i have some questions regarding this –
                          Q1. How my plan changed as during sell you promised lifetime validity of my plan? Someone in your company said this plan was for 10 years, okay but still my 10years has not completed. So how and why you have changed my plan?
                          Q2. For my reduced call rate benefit rs 1 was used to be deducted from my main account every day that means your reduced call rate plan is not free but i have to pay rs 1/daily or rs 365/year to avail the benefit. To my surprise though you have withdrawn all my benefits still you are charging this rs 1/day. Why? What kind of hypocrisy this is? Once you are saying you have changed my plan again you are charging for my old plan?
                          Q3. Your customer care executive had advised me to apply some new plan for reduced call rate but nothing is available for my number when i am trying from your site? What is this?
                          Q4. Rs 22 and rs 18 has wrongly been deducted from my account on 12/06/2017 21:41:25 and 13/06/2017 19:28:04 for a 633sec and 521sec call respectively, and for that rs 3 and rs 2 should have been deducted. So i request you to return my balance.
                          Q5. I bought a brand new handset for your uim which is cdma in nature so can’t be used with other sim and i just recharged my number on 07.06.2017 and you changed my plan on 12.06.2017. Why have you not informed me early? In that case i would not have invested for this third class company and recharged this number. This shows your greedy and lackadaisical attitude. What you could do is to just communicate properly and give a proper timeline to end this offer that should be a nice, trustworthy company’s behaviour towards its long-time customer. But now i realise you are neither nice nor trustworthy.

                          i have contact docomo customer care number 121 due to my mobile billing issue for so many times but still not clear the issue and not satisfied for customer care officer answers pls check and do the needful..

                              I had tata photon account bearing no.[protected]. On 24 04 2017 i requested the company to disconnect the service after payment of the bill as on that date. After one month the company raised the bill and when i lodged a complaint, asked me to forward the mail that was sent on 24 04 2017. When i forwarded the original mail, it was promised to resolve the issue. Still i am getting the messages to my mobile to pay the bill.

                              The company is testing the patience level of the customers. Hopeless service, i do not recommend others to take this service.

                                  Hello sir,

                                  Recently i have faced one big issue with your internet service provider.

                                  I was applied for the broadband connection and have words with your sales guy (Biswanath paul, mo. [protected]) to get the direct ethernet connection at our office. And last saturday some of the persons came to our office to for the installation and they set single pair adsl to our office and i have paid 1400 inr to the builders to get the wire at our office at 5th floor. As they don't tell us to set the adsl and done the things from his side last saturday.
                                  Your sales guy offered for the ethernet and provide us adsl.
                                  Now i don't want connection because of this issues and wanted to get installation cheque back and 1400 inr which i was paid to the builders as in this case i am in fault from my side.

                                  So please do needful for this issues and get it resolve asap

                                    I would like reiterate my complaints regarding both tata docomo landline and broadband connection.
                                    Both the connections were taken by same authorised person from tata. Mr. Mobin khan and mr. Chachara.
                                    1. They have issued me faulty landline handset and i have paid bills for many months without usage.[protected]. I have paid rs. 2500 as handset charges and now they wanted me to purchase a new handset. It was then agreed by other members from the company that they have issued me faulty handset. Also, then i have received a mail saying that i have agreed to install used handset. This is the heights o[censored]nprofessional service.
                                    2. Same is the case with broadband, my phone internet was of more speed than the broadband, time and again i have informed them that i will proper service then only i will pay bills.
                                    I understand both the services are handled by different companies of the same tata group and also the service standards for both the companies are pathetic. Instead of solving my issues they have tried to sell me new connections with flashy plans. For me both the services are being provided by same parent group and hence i require solutions to both services.
                                    With this mail i am again complaining that you as service provider need to provide me complete solutions. I am very disappointed with the services. I am ready to pay bills provided
                                    1. The broadband network is reinstalled and shown me service and network for atleast 24 hours
                                    2. My landline starts to rework

                                      Dear sir/madam
                                      I want complaint for tata docomo (Tele communication). Before 5 month one unknown person give me a tata docomo sim card then told me 1st month calling charge is free. Maximum 10 days using the number i geeting a sms and email my balance rs. 414 is pending. If i dont use the number why i pay. After 1month also geeting mail for total my pending balance is rs.792. Every one or two days i geeting mail adv. Deepak choudhary ([protected]@gmail.com). This person send legal notice. I want confirmation mail for tata docomo team if i dont use my number so why geeting this type ofthreat mail. So please reguest look into this matter & solve as soon as possible. Further i dont take this type of mail face in future.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        Today I recd. Demand Letter for Rs. 241.00 for Tata Teleservice for Unbilled payment which was not received bill for the same at that time of cancellation.

                                        After 2 years I recd. said Letter and spoke with them which asked about bill and also told them I could not pay for said amount after 2 years.

                                        They said we will send one again Legal notice for the same

                                        Please look into this and advice for further
