Dont take Tata any products and service, Tata Make fraud to Custommer

I am having issue with the Tata Leased Line service and Billing, I had purchase Tata leased line in 2014 with 2 Mbps after two month later I had upgrade with 4 Mbps, after one month the Issue is starting, every 2 to 3 days Link goes down and if it is not goes down then I got only Half of Bandwidth, when register complaint, Tata Engineer come do some thing and say no issue, while Two Month has been passed. I contact Mr. Lulekar he is my A/c Manager but he was not giving reply on it, and Nothing give any solution to resolve the issue. I managed to talked to Service head of Miss Nimmi he had also not given any solution. After all I get Mr Kiran More contact no who has a service head from Pune. Take conference call with Nagpur Service Manager and me to resolve the issue, and after 8 month later I got solution with Modem change, The issue is the Modem connection given on Copper that’s why the issue arises copper connection had capacity of bandwidth is 2 Mbps and they give me on 4 Mbps, that’s why the issue commenced after that Tata change Loop Modem with Ethernet Modem, and Issue solved.
But I suffered 8 month for resolution and down connection some time the Link was 5 days down but Tata persone talking rudly and never give any resolution for 8 month, that’s why I asked for down time credit for link down. I mailed to [protected]@tatatel.co.in and also enterprise.[protected]@tatatel.co.in for waiver on billing but both support site not register complaint on this issue. So I decide to never pay the bill payment, there after Mr Mahidhar and Mr Kishore who are from south region Tata collection Manager are start communicate with us for pending payment and issue, I told him about waiver on billing of link down. Both told me to raised the complaint again at 1515 and enterprise.data with cc mark to him, but still not register the complaint so 10 to 15 time I had raised the waiver issue and also attached the docket list but complaint not register, after word Mr. Maheedhar told me to deduct amount and pay remaining amount on telephonic discussion. I had did same after one month I got mail 25000/- pending on us and had to pay other wise link will debarred, then after some other person communicate on this issue Mr thallam Anandgupta and Mr JayaKumarN Vedanta, re-discussion start and both give me waver only 5320/- no adjustment done on bill, still I discussed with both but not listening, and My ILL barred for non payement of 25000/- after 20 days later I got call form Tata, and tell me Kindly pay 55818/- for next quarter and link will re-generate and never will barred for this issue until not solved, after I pay the 55818/- Rs after 20 days later barred my link from 28 marth 2016 to till now. I had also give disconnection request to Tata on 19th April 2016 will discontinue at 19th may 2016, after long discussion both are not agree to 55818/- to return us the Link barred for Quarter and also paying 19677/- at last.
After all Our company Discontinuing all tata connection from All India level 7 leased line and Tata Max dongle which 100 to 120 Noumber and all thing which we taking service from Tata.
As per my suggestion Do not Take Tata connection which should mobile service, internet service, any thing tata provide Tata make fraud with his customer.
