Tata Teleservices Ltd — Disconnected broadband connection without prior notice & now threatening to pay the bill

On 28/03/2015 morning 11 am my connection id no.[protected] stopped working i thought it may be because of any technical issue i lodged the complaint on[protected] complaint id[protected].15 pm they said in 24 hours complaint will be resolved by no body turned up.
on 30th they said me because of 31 st march u have to pay bill in advance thats y ur connection is not working i paid 1700Rs on[protected]
i called up again on 31 st morning they again said there technician will revert soon, on continues followup of 7-8 days finally i came to know that as they are facing loss in running this connection all the connection of our building are stopped with immediate effects
Now from 4 months they are asking for the payment of April month reviving notice and threatening calls from past 4 months its a headache for me
AS PER TRAI LAW COMPANY CAN NOT DISCONNECT THE CONNECTION WITHOUT PRIOR 1 MONTH NOTICE
Because of this i faced a lot many problems without internet company should pay compensation for that
