I have purchased Tata Photon + USB Data Card few months back (No. [protected]) and since the last 2 months I am receiving pathetic speed issues which hardly goes above 0.2 Mbps (tested @ www.speedtest.net). Previously I was subscribing through postpaid plan [protected]@1500 and now I have converted to prepaid connection. Despite complaining every 3 days and even to [protected]@tatadocomo I am still unable to get speed even upto 2 Mbps (whilst the advertised speed is upto 3 Mbps downlink) continuously for 1 month. I have now understood that the entire company is either filled with thieves disguised as noblemen or holy robber barons. The issue is money. If they can't deliver what is advertised then they should pay the money back. It is hard for me to explain my customers whom I serve on the internet service provide by Tata Photon + device that I am helpless to solve this speed issue. I will take this to all international levels to see they pay for it having caused so much trouble.
