Tata Teleservices — Walky phone repairing within warranty period

I have taken a Walki phone connection on 28.06.15. with no.[protected]. Within 45 days the instrument became defective. I have made complain to the dealer from where I have purchased it. But phone not repaired by them. I have mailed to [protected]@tatadocomo.com.
