Tata Teleservices — Wrong/ excess invoicing | |||||
Dear Team, I was using Tata Teleservices broadband connection bearing account number[protected]. I had paid six monthly advance rental for the same (one month subscription free). At the time of taking connection I have been informed that you will receive call from Tata Teleservices for suitable plan before expiry of seven months advance rental. At that the I had specifically requested to limit my credit to Rs 500 only. However, after the expiry of the advance rental, Tata Teleservices suo moto changed my plan Rs 799/- without any prior intimation. If i have set my credit limit to Rs 500/-, how can they suo moto change my plan without my prior consent to Rs 799/-. The movement I received call from payment of first monthly bill of Rs 900 (approx), I have immediately requested to cancel the connection. Further, the call center could not answer to my question when my credit limit was set at Rs 500, how can they enforce plan of Rs 799 suo moto. Now I have started receiving call from recovery (Phone No [protected]) using abusing language. However, no one responding to my email of how they have changed my plan suo moto to Rs 799/- and when the credit limit was fixed at Rs 500/- only.
