I have disconnected my tata connection in oct-2013.
Customer care confirmed on phone that connection is discontinued once i made payment for the october.
After one month, i am receiving the bill for next month i. E. Nov 2013 and continue to receive the same even after telling them periodically whenever contacted that i am not using the services any more and this is wrong bill as i never availed the service.
They continue to send dishonest mails claiming that i have not made the payment. Kindly help.
When a consumer disconnects the account, he or she contacts customer care and i had done the same and opted out. But, they continue to harass by sending mail without any basis.
Strong action is needed in this regard, as these issues by the same provider is being brought forward by many consumers. Their consumer complaint id [protected]@tatadocomo.com is useless and not responsive. Was this information helpful? |
