Tata Voltas AC — Bad and Annoying Customer Service

I have applied for AC servicing on 10-APRIL-2015 with request ID : [protected] and was promised to receive this servicing free under warranty (now expired on 17-APRIL-2015), but it has been 18 days now and I haven't received even a single call from technician regarding servicing, Whenever I called the voltas service center, they say the servicing will be done by tomorrow, which is very annoying. I am very much frustrated with this quality of service, and the request is now cancelled. I would definitely share my experience with other people to make them aware about Voltas' service quality.
