Tatacliq — money deducted but order cancelled by them. no refund

I paid amount for sandisk ultra 64gb pendrive during discount. But after payment via bhim pay, the order is showing it is cancelled due to no payment. But the amount 682/- deducted successfully from my account. They sent messages like these.

Hello santhosh kiran we regret to inform that your order cannot be processed as the payment gateway used to process the payment timed out.

But you see the successful deduction of amount from my account to tatacliq. But it is showing unsuccessful. I cant trust phone pay payments when the site is tatacliq from now. Kindly refund the deducted amount.
