@TataCLiQ So some days back i ordered three bedsheets of the same company. All bedsheets were listed on your "ECOMMERCE" site as separate products. But They were delivered in same package and not separately.
Point to noted here: "All products were listed separately on site".

Now i wanted to return two of those bedsheets. I raised return request at the same time for both of them. On 24th March 2022, pickup guy arrived at my residence. According to him, the return request has been raised two times for the same product.

So he cancelled one request. But he picked up both products and told me that a refund will be initiated for both products he had picked up. I rested assured.
On tatacliq app, it was showing that return for one product has been cancelled.

But the product was already picked up by your guy.
I raised the request again, but he cancelled it again saying a refund will be initiated soon. I got the refund for only one product but not for the other one which he took with him.

I talked to customer executives many times. They told me that complaint has been raised many times. but no resolution was provided. it's been around 10-12 days and I still haven't got my refund for the second product.

Now the customer executive says that "your return request has been declined because we don't have any acknowledgement for your pickup and we are not able to talk to our logistic partner ". Then they gave me the mail id of someone at higher position.

First of all, Why should I still write to higher authority given that I have been in talks with you for 10-12 days regarding this issue.
Secondly, they told me that you have raised complaint every time i called.
The refund that has been remaining is of 809 rupees and 10 paise. After waiting for so many days and getting constant "your complaint has been raised" from your customer executives, there's been no solution.
I am fed up now.
