[Resolved]  Tatasky Dth — once i have changed my plan according to new trailer rule on 31/01/19, tatasky changed my plan again without my permission.

Dear sir/ madam
My connection is [protected]exist in tatasky dth service. I had already changed my plan with help of tatasky customer care on before 1st february 19 to continue my services accordingly to trigger rules. All was set. I agreed for all. But unfortunately tatasky changed my plan without information itself. Almost my channels are hide from my screen. Also increased my monthly rental. Its very disgusting act. Trai saying we are going to impose rules for betterment, where is better for us. We almost suffering from trouble.
Can you please solve my problem. Please solve if you can.
