I had to booked a cab online (black & white non-private taxi) from Thane and the cab did not arrive on time. After arriving late he called me that he has already arrived. I went downstairs below the building which obviously would take a couple of minutes. I did not see him anywhere. When I called him he said he left already. What's more !? When I argued why did he leave he started using abusive language on me and said "jo karna hai kar lo" (do whatever you want).
