I booked a taxi from Ghaziabad to Ramnagar on 21/09/18 for 5pm & made an advance payment of ₹500.00. Till the scheduled time wgen I did not receive any information about my trip, I called at the number# [protected] through which booking was done. I was advised that they will call me back but I did not hear anything from Taxi Bazar. From then onwards they are not answering my call & not refunding the advance payment done through Paytm at [protected]. The company seems to be fraud & are indulging in fraud practices to cheat people of their money & time. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have registered a FIR against them today.
Please do not deal with them especially service providers in other cities. You will not get your money.
