I am extremely disappointed with my experience with TCL India regarding my television purchase. I bought a TCL TV via Amazon around 1 year and 8 months ago, and from day one, I have been facing a persistent flickering issue.
Despite raising multiple complaints, TCL’s service team has repaired my TV 7-8 times, replacing the motherboard and software on multiple occasions. However, the issue remains unresolved and has worsened, now occurring four times a week.
I have repeatedly requested a replacement as it is evident that the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, but instead of addressing my genuine concern, TCL keeps scheduling service visits that provide only temporary fixes lasting just a few days. This cycle has continued for over a year, wasting my time and patience.
Even after providing video evidence and multiple reports to TCL India's support team, they refuse to acknowledge the need for a replacement and instead keep delaying the resolution with repeated service visits.
