Tcl Holdings — my tv installation delay | |||
I bought the tcl 138.7 cm (55 inches) l55p2mus certified android m 4k uhd led smart tv (Gold) tv from amazon on 16th of october 2018, i got it delivered on 20th october. I haven't got the tv stands in the box as my tv cannot be wall mounted, so the guy came from the installation told me that please call amazon, that tv stands are missing and they will help you out. I did the same thing, but i didn't get any help from amazon, so i tried calling tcl and they told me that no problem, we will help you with that and they told me to wait for couple of days the tv will installed with the legs. Till now i not getting my issue sorted out. Everyday i am calling for tv installation they will tell me the same thing that today your installation will be done, still am waiting for the installation nothing has done. I don't know what to do.
