Tcl India — 65' Percee TV TCL LED UHD 65C2US-65"

We had bought a TCL 65" TV, Model Percee TV, 3 Yrs Warranty from Kohinoor Stores Kalyan west. During d warranty period, the TV Blacked out and on complaint in the month of Nov 2020, the technician identified the fault as panel defect. He recommended for replacement of TV under warranty.
Even after completion of two months, the service centre of TCL has informed that due to stoppage of production of d said model, not in a position to replace n to consider refund at depreciated rate. This is nothing but betrayal of d customer who had purchased the tv under warranty. The company's Indian head was requested to intervene in d matter n replacement made. So far several assurnaces have been given by Service Centre Head Shri Jignesh, that he will replace either within 7 0r 10 or 15 days. But more than two months have lapsed. The same thing happened to me...tcl 55"...black out issue.seevice person confirmed it is a panel but they could nt replace the panel.After few weeks they offered tv replacement.now it is on 3rd month no action yet.I am planning to approach consumer court.

My TV has been defective in the warranty period, and I send a complaint to the company, and technician has visited on 1/7/2021, but technician has not repairing the TV, and the technician said that the defective part has been ordered, the part will be replaced within 1 week, but company has not replace his defective part and he send a complaint to the company many time but company not given any response.
