So I called the customer service again on 30th March but they replied "because of covid situation we can't process the request now". So I mailed again with my problem to customer service on May 22. I lodged a complaint again last week and the service person came and checked and said that the panel needs to be replaced (panel pending).Can I please know by when can this be replaced this process is going on for 5 months .
