Hi TCL customer service,

I called customer service on 8th Feb and I received an msg to fill the online complaint form as they are currently busy so I raised it but didn't receive any acknowledgement

So I re-raised the complaint again on the 17th March and received an confirmation mail but the service person didn't come.

So I called the customer service again on 30th March but they replied "because of covid situation we can't process the request now".

So I mailed again with my problem to customer service on May 22.
I lodged a complaint again last week and the service person came and checked and said that the panel needs to be replaced (panel pending).Can I please know by when can this be replaced this process is going on for 5 months .

They promised new panel but failed to delivery the service and procrastinated 9 months, very tricky people lack of transparency and non accountable behaviour
