Tcl India — Warranty Denial , Service delay and providing false information #TCL #Hyderabad

I Bought a TCL TV from flipkart on 2nd April 2018 where it clearly mentioned 3 years of warranty. I raised the ticket with TCL on Aug 29 th (IN[protected] explaining the case the technician called and said he received the ticket as a non-warranty repair, if it is in warranty you need to contact center and he closed the ticket saying I am not responding. I spoke with flipkart and they told me that i can pay for a repair and they can settle the invoice.

Then I called again and registered a new complaint (IN[protected] technician visited the next day and told me motherboard change is required.He told it will take a week.I asked them I need an invoice so that i can settle with flipkart. I was calling him to check the status but neither he / his company was taking my calls.

I contacted TCL call center on 15/09/2020 and they said the part is in transit and the technician told him, he needs two days to come and fix it. on 17/09 I called again and the call center is telling me the part is cancelled due to incorrect documentation. Now they have to escalate again.

From then on I am calling the TCL call center every time they are telling new story. On 27th they told me that I am eligible for a repalcement and given the ZOnal manager number his name is GuruXXXX, Till now i called him 20 times no responce for messages and whatsapp also. So from top to bottom this company ahs same culture, Irresponsibility and ignorance.

What is strange is everytime i called they created a new ticket and i didnt even receievd that information via message. The active tciket which i have now doent appear in my list of tickets. Its a mess at call center they have people who doesnt even understand how to see the ticket infromation and understand the problem.

The technisian has no clue where the shipment is. I didn't know whether this is a international company or not. They dont have tracking of the shipment.

First of all its an LED TV which shouldn't get a problem in 2 years, second the warranty is denied, third even if I want to pay for the repair the technicians are not responding.

These guys should be banned for giving false infromation and the trauma they are creating for their customers.
