My Previous Employer TDS Management Consultant, Mohali(Punjab) and previous P.F Acct No. is PBCHD[protected], I have submitted to online transfer of my P.F account from previous employer to current employer on[protected].But still it is awaited for approval from my previous employer.i have also contacted with previous employer but no any improvement has show till now.Kindly do the needful. Dear Sir/Madam, Myself Ankuraj Saikia was an employee of TDS Management Consultant (P) Ltd from 10/01/2011 to 10/11/2012 working for their client Ceragon Networks (India) Pvt Ltd, bearing the employee no.- TDS/CERAGON/0090, & my PF No. is- PB/CHD/30259/18687. I have sent all the documents along with the required forms to the company as asked by them through courier which reached them on 30/04/2013(I have the mail from them acknowledging the receipt of my documents). From then on I have been continuously trying to get the status of my withdrawal request from them via mail & phone. But they have not replied to even one of my mails. Moreover they don't use to pick my calls. Three times in the month of July they have received my call and told me that my request was under process. But since the last few days their phone could not be connected. Moreover on checking the EPFO website I came to know that they have till date not submitted my forms in the PF office. Kindly help me out in this matter. I am also enclosing my experience letter, relieving letter, one of my payslips & the mail conversation I had with them- 1. I have applied for the settlement of Provident Fund on the month of October. I regularly enquired for the update on the Status of the PF settlement and received reply like its in process from them. Now after 4 month i have received an email from Government PF department stating about the rejection of the my Pf form.

Due to this rejection , i have got a big economic loss and stress.

Please do some needful so that i can get my settlement ASAP.
