I have purchased 1 Cot from Teak N Oak Furniture Shop at Anna nagar in the month of Dec 2011 for 25k.

It has 3 years of warranty.

Now, the Cot center wood has broken. We have informed them the same day. 2 days after 1 person came and just inspected and gone.

3 weeks has gone. No information from them. They don't have the curtesy to call also. Poor standard of service to customers....

Purchased a sofa in DISCOUNT rate from Teak and Oak, when the product is delivered, found sofa is not having good finish. One side of the 3 seat sofa looks high and other side looks lower than the other.
