Hi

I bought HTC mobile from ezone and tecprotec insurance cover and there was an accidental damage after 15 days and i submitted my request for same..

after one month they accepted my documents and asked to send the mobile with original bills. It been 10 days and i am rigorously following with them but no response. I try atleast 20 times there call center but only IVR connects and no one takes calls.I feel frustrated atleast can respond to my mails.
If not possible pls return my mobile i would get it repaired outside.
