Tecprotec — Fraud | |||||
My name is Shashikant Musale from Bhosari, Pune. I got my new cell phone (Samsung J7) covered under there insurance policy of TecProtec company which is completely fraud, the insurance is valid for 1 year from 18/01/2016 to 18/01/2017, on 03/01/2017 i was taking shower and my phone fell down into the bucket full of water, i immediately take out battery and take all cautions, but my phone didn't worked after that. i contacted them for insurance claim but they are playing tricks, and avoiding me to get the benefits of this insurance policy.
