Tech Mahindra — case of payment recovery filed against me from tech mahindra after recovery of payment and ffs.

I am ex-employee of the Mahindra Satyam[protected] and Tech Mahindra[protected] . There was an outstanding amount of 33995/- to be made towards FFS during 2010 and I have cleared it in 2011 through paying off through DD soon I received the FFS email from Exit-Pay roll.
To my surprise in year 2014 Tech Mahindra has registered case against me for the same amount to be recovered. I have never got any intimation or letter to my permanent address any time until I know about this in 2019 Feb from BG team of my new employer during on boarding. Now the case status showing as Disposed.

This is affecting my career on BGV point of view and getting delayed on-boarding new employer. It clearly shows there is lack of communication between organisation, internal system and an employee w.r.t FFS.

I need to know why after payment recovery and FFS the case has been filed, and since the status is showing disposed from year 2014, requesting for a copy from attorney of the judgment or NOC from Tech Mahindra concern department no one is giving reply.
