Tech Mahindra — fnf payment

My name is saitejaswi, ex employee of tech mahindra [bsg] ltd. Emp id : ms00551158 i served and completed my notice period of 30 days on dec 7th 2018, without leaving any extra day work as well still my fnf is not released. I am not able to raise the ticket in exit formalities portal site as my emp id is not active. I am not getting any response from the exit formalities about the expected date of processing of my fnf and service letter.

For the notice it is already above 60 days of resignation still i didn't receive my fnf and service letter
