Tech Mahindra — Mental Harassment

I got selected in Tech Mahindra on 13th July 2021 and it's been more than 50 days. I submitted my all documents on the first day itself. Now I came to know that my joining documents are still pending. I followed up with RMG, HR, Trainer, Operations if any documents pending on a regular basis but they assured me that i[censored] haven't got any reply that means you have submitted all the documents. We are still waiting for our stipend amount. My Associate id[protected]. I called up HR and RMG more than 20 times also texted but never got any response. I worked in Tech Mahindra previously but never experienced this kind of pathetic experience. Also, they speak white lies and we never heard anything from HR. HR, RMG, Trainer, Operations team do nothing. Now u tell me what kind of humanity this is. Is this the right way u treat your employees? In this pandemic, be human first.
