Had 1908 km on the clock when breaking its gearbox in the second gear off, and they said it was a bolt in the gear box, and it was almost a month in the shop. Mr williams was so kind to arrange a loan vehicle for me. Mahindra started with a investigation, saying the old gearbox was replaced with a new one. There was probably about 800km driven with the new gearbox when the 3rd and 4th gear started with the same issue on wednesday, march 20, 2019. Friday, march 22, 2019 i took the vehicle back to mahindra, workshop manager went to drive the vehicle and said there was a mistake and a definitive error on the gears. He said we go back home with the vehicle and he would come back to me, with an answer of the issue. I asked what would happened if the gearbox broke while we waited for him to come back to us. I called him on monday and asked what was the outcome of mahindra were, and he stated if the vehicle comes in for 3000km service it will be looked upon and if there's enough gearbox oil in the gearbox. The vehicle would have gone for its 3000km service on thursday, march 28, 2019. The gearbox broke again yesterday afternoon on march 27, 2019. I struggled to get to home and i just drove in to the yard when the vechile finally let me down. I demanded a new vehicle with a new contract. As i bought a new vehicle but have been let down twice now. I have no more confidence in the vehicle or product, because i do not know when it will leave me next to the road again. I'm not going to leave the case here unless i am given just a new vehicle. Nyalunga towing's book was full so day couldn't draw up anything but i have taken photo's of truck reg no: vvp410gp Both keys were also sent together. Pictures of everything are taken if you desire it. All the spare in the in the trunk. I hope this problem will soon be solved. My Name is Md Salim. I left the company on 23.01.19.Then I was apply my pf from my mobile phone on 30 /03/19.But why I am not getting my pf money. It already take to 1 month 15 days. So why it is too let?
