we are a IT services company based in kochi, we bought payment gateway service from Tech process solutions ltd. based in Mumbai & Chennai, as a reseller, for the online shopping website done for selling the Music Albums created by Grazia creations. We had paid 20000 Rs toward the services after the client signed all the KYC documents provided all the documents related to the company ( Grazia creations ), like Partnership agreement, sales tax certificate, and all necessary document with related to the norms mentioned in the KYC document provided by them.
Once all the above documents and payment where done, tech process solutions limited, issued us with the test id for the payment gateway services, hence we started the integration of the same and completed the work on the website graziacreations.com, once the integration was completed, we requested the tech process solutions limited to make the gateway live for real transactions to happen. once this was asked, tech process solutions limited started raising issues in making it live. they started asking the copyright documents for the albums published in the website, we were not able to provide with copyright as the client grazia creations had not taken any copyright for the albums. we could not understand why tech process was blocking the website going live only due to this issue. as copyright problems are a concern for the client, and the client is not worried about the copyright. it is now 1 year since we are not getting a solution from tech process. at last we had request tech process to refund the amount if they are not able to provide the service. They sent us a debit not document which was signed by the client and given to them about a year ago. till now they dont respond to it nor they have refunded the amount to the client. please black mark this company from further providing this kind of service to any of the people in India.
we are not about to start a legal proceedings to get the refund back
