I had make payment of rs. 1000/- against muthoot gold loan account no. 2733/mws/916 from axis bank debit card, but amount is not credited in loan account also amount debited.

Please find failed transaction reference number: pur/muthoot finance ltd/[protected]. Also attached transaction screen shot of bank statement.

Kindly check the transaction and refund the amount as soon as possible.
