TechProcess Payment Services Limi — Failed payment debited to my Indian bank account | |||
I have used "Tech process" payment gateway towards the payment to a party "Chinar Life Style", based at Kashmir, through "India Mart", on 12th June 2021, for Rs.18270. The first time when i made the payment, i received an intimation from Indiamart stating the "payment failed". Therefore I made the payment again and it was successful. The party received the payment once. My account was debited twice in my Indian bank account, by Rs.18270+18270. Dt. 12th June 2021 1.Tech Process Ref:-[protected] - Failure. at 12.04 pm. Net banking Ref: [protected] 2.Tech Process Ref:- [protected] - Successful at 12.07 pm. Net banking Ref:[protected].
