I have transferred an amount of Rs..20004.72 through PNB Internet banking to M/S.MUTHOOT FINANCE ON[protected]. Amount has been deducted from my ACCOUNT But not credited to Merchant account. I had paid my electricity bills throgh techprocess gateway and I got a error message. Next day again i did the same transaction and same error received. But in both amount has been deducted from my PNB (Punjab National Bank) account which is total of 1481.56 (740.78+740.78).
I did this transactions on 07 Dec 2020 and 08 Dec 2020 reapectively.
So please do the needful.
