Duped by people posing as videocon service center. I searched and booked their services (Rk enterprises rdc raj nagar) and the agent (Mr ritesh kumar) came in next day and said that the machine will work properly from next day onwards and took with 2550rs. We checked the machine next day and it wasn't working so we tried calling the service center but the service center number is showing invalid and the agent picks our call regularly and just keeps ignoring us.

tek care asking for 90% depreciation value

i have purchased the videocon LED TV in 2014 with hat i got 5 yrs extended warranty ( AMC from tekcare ) few month back in feb 2019 i am getting issue in my LED and my LED screen gone blank. i registered the complaint to in videocon service center, they engineer come and registered the complaint and told us that it will take time as we don't have panel available in our stock .

their is no reply from customer care for next 15 days when i call customer care they handed the number of tek care who is handling the AMC for further update. when i call tek care to know the status of they asked me to wait as per them customer are waiting from last 6 month, production of videocon is stop that's why they are not getting spear parts .told me to wait for further update with no timline or asked me to go to consumer court as they can't promise anything
after waiting for next 10 days i again call them again now they are saying you led is aprroved to get replaced as they don't get the part for the same, call us after 5 days
when after 5 days i called them they said your led is approved for replacement but you have to pay 90% depreciation value i.e. INR 26000 as you used it for 4 yrs when i asked to repair it as i can't pay that much amount, they said they done have spear part go to consumer court they will replaced your led for free

this is disgusting the way are talking to me they don't have fear. fraud company tekcare and videocon . i don't know if they cant provide the service them why they are operating just to earn the money in this way
big fraud and big scam company .govt must shut down such companies

Iam open service center pondicherry closet service 5 month back my deposit amout give me
Vediocon poor service, its been full 1 month i am trying to make up my LED TV repairing and it is in warranty period I booked by complain on 14th June, 18 and still there no Response from your side all your engineers are foolish and stupid they never had any knowledge about my product and all blaming one and another person
Mr. Mithun Kumar was the first Engineer who came to our resident for checking he took his service charge also and said our product which was damaged will be replaced by 2 days but now i will full month, i m keep on tracking with you people your engineer are so bad they made my no. blocked and never call back again and never took any call and every week they keep on saying my product is pending here is Mr. Ajay Singh, Mr. Amit Pal, Mr. Kailash Chandra and your Director Also didnt give me any reponse Mr. Pradeep Kumar Sharma.

I don't have words to express how much i m in anger with you all, this is been limit to tolerate you foolish and third class people just for my product .

This is last warning to you all from side otherwise i will came with police at our office then you have to give me a new LED.

I THINK PEOPLE WHO ARE WORKING FOR VIDEOCON SHOULD HAVE SOME RESPECT FOR THEIR COMPANY.

I feel sorry for myself that I have purchased Videocon LED.

I purchased LED of Videocon TV Model number LEDTVVKC50FH-ZMA. SERIAL NO.[protected]. on 16/10/2014 with 5(five Years) warranty. On 10/07/2018 i found there is no display on my TV. I registered the complaint on 10/07/2018 Dear Customer Your Reference no is PUN-[protected]. I have called so many times to your service agent but till today there is no response from the company.

As this product in under warranty so I have a right to get my product's fault repair, but unfortunately, I am unable to get the services.

Can U advise me when will your company help me to get this solution so that I am able to watch my tv. It is not my fault that the company have no parts for the same.

Kindly let me know by when we can expect the solution from your side.

I had purchased Electrolux Microwave and registered a complaint with VG service for faulty display on 22nd Sept 2018. They sent a guy named Anwar Shaikh on 25th Sept who removed the Display component claiming he would fix it and get it back within 2 days. Even after insisting that get the new component and fix it at home, he removed the display and took it with him without giving us any receipt of it. After numerous calls, which they hardly picked up, and many times they used to disconnect the call. I called up their customer care number 39404040 where the dumb customer care agent used to say your complaint id has been closed. How could they simply close the complaint without customer's consent when customer has not received the part back ?
On few calls which they accepted they used to give lame excuses like "your component is under observation as it's been fixed. " Few days later when called they said " It's not yet done as we haven't received the component from company to fix your display. " Basically all their replied were so contradictory making me wonder if they have sold our original component. This has been going on for nearly 2 months and I am still awaiting them to return my display component without which we can not operate the Microwave.

I didn't wish to give one star as bad but wanted to give -5 ( Minus 5) starts indicating worst service nobody should ever avail but there was no option hence chose 1.

Electrolux Complaint number: DEL[protected]

I purchased Electrolux microwave thinking that it is a good brand... Anyway, it stopped heating .. I raised the complaint about 5 months back... but neither Electrolux nor Tek Care people are not ready to do the repair.

They are giving random excuses & abuses... which I have recording of.

The product is in warranty, so it is the duty of Electrolux to do the repair. Now please tell who will do the repair work?

In past 5 months, I have talked to 10 people, Written 20 emails, called the customer care to raise the issue more than 50 times, but there has not been any positive response so far.
(Called many times on[protected] & sent emails on electrolux.[protected]@pemail.in)

I have spoken to their following staff - Ashish Kumar, Rahul Gautam, Pradeep Sharma, Sudhir Kumar, Guddu Kumar, Azhar, Sandeep Kumar & few more... probably none of them wants to work for resolution.

Somebody please help. Else I would have to take inspiration from the following -
