Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company [TSSPDCL] — Category change for non domestic to domestic

I have submitted a request to change category with tsspdcl through online on 17-Dec-2024 registration number is CC[protected]. but still the status was Complaint Rectified(Pending at EBS ).

However still category not changed and i received this Jan month bill under non domestic. While submitting the request i have paid 30rs as a service charge in the portal through netbanking. Attached the screen shot for status of the category change.

No one is suggesting the necessary actions should be taken for resolving this issue. Please resolve the issue as early as possible.
