Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — booked a ticket neither got the ticket message or money refund

I have booked a ticket from hyderabad to bengaluru on 25-aug -2018. The money has been debited from my account but i haven’t got the ticket neither to my mail nor to my phone.
The date of journey is 26-aug-2018.
