Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — complaint on conductor

Hi am vijay, actually my sister had a reservation with cat card on service no:- 8874, on 30/7/2017 but she forgot the cat card, conductor not allowing to enter in bus, we know that there is a rule if any one forgot the cat card they should pay the excess amount, conductor saying that there is no rule like that, he harass like a rowdy. This is bad experience. We get to know that why all are going on private travels. Very bad service you are providing. I think you will not take any action on these complaints..
