Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — had to take 2 bus passes - reported the incident at main rtc bus counter but got no help.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Dr M Samyuktha, Working as Medical Officer in Air India (Shamshabad Office), My daily routine is to Travel in Pushpak bus (AJ) to AirPort. On March 7th 2020 I have got in Bus AJ to my workplace As usually and then realized that I have missed my Bus Pass. I had purchased the Ticket to office since I have missed the Buss Pass.

I am not sure where I have lost the Buss Pass and for my Return Travel to Home, I have approached for Help at the TSRTC Pushpak Counter at Airport, Saying that I have a Buss Pass with Validity and I have lost that, Could you please re-print and give me the Buss pass again. I have submitted my Buss Pass ID card as well to the Staff at the counter, but the staff advised that he cannot issue the Buss pass again and asked me to take the NEW BUS PASS or Asked me go to Main BUS PASS Counter at SECUNDERABAD.

Having No Option Left for my return Travel to Home, I have purchased again the NEW BUS PASS and used that for My Return Travel to Home. Later at Home I have Found my OLD BUS PASS as well. Immediately on the same evening i.e. March 7th 2020 around 7:50 pm, I went to SECUNDERABAD Main Bus Pass Counter and Showed the Person at Counter, that I am having 2 BUS Passes with almost equal validity and requested him to waveoff one of the BUS Pass and return my Money. He refused and said its not POSSIBLE and I have to USE the latest BUS PASS only.

Till date I am using the OLD BASS which has a lot validity and I was very upset with the response from the Staff at SECUNDERABAD office. I am OK to pay the FINE but this is really bad that I am carrying 2 BUS PASSES :(.

For Both the PASSES I had to Pay 2625 /- Rupees. I am attaching my TSRTC id card and Both My passes.

Bus Pass 1 - Validity Period - 03-MAR-2020 to 02-APR-2020
Bus Pass2 - Validity Period - 07-MAR-2020 to 06-APR-2020

And as I said I have used the Bus Pass2 only once for My return Travel from Airport to Home on March 7th. After I found the OLD Bus Pass i.e. Pass 1 I am using that only till date.

Request your Help to Resolve my issue and Consider my Request for Returning my Money back. I will submit the BUS Pass2 and I am OK to pay the FINE as well rather then loosing the whole Amount 2625/- Rupees.

Hoping for a Positive Resolution for my Problem.

Thank you sir - request you provide the resolution ASAP -- So that I can submit one of the bus pass and avail the refund.
