Dear sir, as on today I've submitted a courier from JBS Cargo services with Consignment Note No.1198007 on 23rd Nov 2020. to Bellampally bus station cargo services, Mancherial dist. and parcel consists of a Dress Material worth Rs.700/-. the JBS cargo services said to collect the material the next day morning or afternoon. but still the person Jarupula Rajeshwari c/o Ratnam Nayak hasn't received the material so far and the consignee of JBS and Bellampally has no response from this regard as the person Rajeshwari is enquiring for the material travelling from Perkapally village daily in the morning and evening.
sir/mam please see that the consered person J Rajeshwari is receives the parcel as soon as possible even the DTDC and Other services are doing this service better than TSRTC cargo this is the worst experience I've ever had so far

Updated by Raju Tanneeru sir/mam please see that the person Rajeshwari gets the parcel as she has to travel from Perkapally village to Bellampally bus station, mancherial dist. daily any enquiry with this regard you can pls let us know. awaiting for your fast reply / response asap.

My name is Ashok Manga([protected])
My friend has courier to me 2 parcel which is clearly mentioned in the receipt as well, (from JBS HYDERABAD TO JANGAON TELANGANA -506167) but I received only one parcel in my place at the same time I asked the cargo executive in Jangaon ([protected]) he said we received only one parcel, at the same I called to JBS Hyderabad direct [protected] they said they have my another parcel with them and they forgot to send and we will send it by tomorrow morning bus which is supposed to receive yesterday but this number person since last 24 hrs Iam trying to reach him but he is not picking up my calls and I have not yet received my parcel very poor communication plse give the people who solve the issues as soon as but don’t cheat and answer the calls properly.
