Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — Not given stop at BSNL OFFICE NAGARKURNOOL

Am going to duty purpose to nagarkurnool on regular in TSRTC in the same I traveled in bus No TS08UB4018 on 23/02/2024 morning the bus going to kollapur from Hyderabad. Am asking driver to bus at BSNL OFFICE NAGARKURNOOL but driver was refused and he going fast and he saying there is no stop at this point I will not stop the bus here then I said ok am requesting you please stop I have attended duty at 10 am but driver not listening my words and he says loudly you can't understand there is no stop here I will stop at masjid you get down there. There is involvement lady conductor she is watching every thing but she stay cool and sitting in chair behave like a passanger only these two persons can't understand my situation and driver was used bad words like a lorry driver and he is ready beating me after given stop at masjid nagarkurnool.
My problem why they not given stop at BSNL office so many times I traveled in TSRTC every time they given stop. While going to Hyderabad from nagarkurnool they will stop bus at BSNL office because they required passenger at that time know am in bus I already paid money so they don't want my words. My ticket no 00053240 and conductor no 273947 I want reason for not given stop at BSNL OFFICE.
