Hi am vijay, actually my sister had a reservation with cat card on service no:- 8874, on 30/7/2017 but she forgot the cat card, conductor not allowing to enter in bus, we know that there is a rule if any one forgot the cat card they should pay the excess amount, conductor saying that there is no rule like that, he harass like a rowdy. This is bad experience. We get to know that why all are going on private travels. Very bad service you are...

I reached Paryatak Bhavan, Hyderabad at 0620 hrs on[protected] to catch the bus to go to Shamshabad airport.This bus starts from Jubilee Bus Stand, Secunderabad and reaches Paryatak Bhavan and leaves for airport at
0630 hrs..The controller at Paryatak Bhavan tried to contact his counterpart at Jubilee Bus Stand to find out whether the bus had started from there.

It was astonishing to note that the bus had not started...

Sir, i traveled from vijayawada to hyderabad on 15/08/2016, departed vijayawada at 3.00am, during transit when bus reached to suryapet, driver informed passengers that bus will stop for 10 min for tea and restrooms. I got down and had tea and went to wash rooms by the time, i came back bus was disappear and left from the suryapet bus station. Driver didn't even check whether all the passengers have come or not. We with a number of about 100 people are standing at jeedimetla bus depot and it became an about hour not a single bus has departure from here from 5:20 now the time is 6:11 and still countung...these depot people are doing this daily to whom we complaint we are not able to understand... This is Global Sales Corp. We used the services of TSRTC Cargo on 7th May 2025.
The TSRTC cargo Personnel have provided us with the LR Copy of the package, after taking in the weight parameters and invoice from us.
They have lost the package at the premises and are denying the claim.
they are not ready to take the responsibility and are inturn accusing us of not giving the package at Premises.
I need immediate action on this matter.

I attempted to book a ticket on March 23, 2025, for TSRTC service number 8081. However, while the payment was deducted, the ticket was never generated. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to reach your team through emails and calls, yet I have received no response. Even after escalating the issue by emailing MD Sajjanar, there has been no acknowledgment or resolution.

Additionally, I have observed that my calls are being deliberately placed on hold or disconnected without any update on my refund status, which is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I request an immediate update regarding my refund and the steps being taken to resolve this issue.

Please address this matter at the earliest and provide a prompt resolution.

Driver is very rude towards public. Not using horn in the turnings in the villages and rash driving. If anyone asks about the reckless driving, driver using abuse language and not at all answering to the people. When i ask about reckless driving, he is saying that he will rush bus on public. It is very rude behavior from public service employee. Please take appropriate action and your action may influence other employees' reckless behavior. Please take action as soon as possible.

I was travelling from my college to home in the evening, I have student district route pass from my village, At the time of application the route was given in reverse order by mistakenly, So the conductor said that you need to come from the college to home route in the morning and you should go in reverse in evening, and said the pass is not valid buy a ticket. He given ticket and at the time of arriving my village bus stop, he shouted loudly as I am the only person at that stop, and I came to near the door before he called the stop name. Please take action as soon as possible otherwise it will be going to be a serious matter if no action is taken.

I am one of the passenger from service number 1500 TSRTC, bus supposed to start at 12.01 AM on 15th August 2024, now the time is 3 AM, still bus not started and Driver also not assigned yet which I search from TSRTC official website and no response from TSRTC. Multiple times we called to the TSRTC Official call centre but no confirmation on the bus start time. All the passengers are suffering at the midnight with sleepless on road.

I had booked a ticket for my sister from Dhone to Hydrebad on 5th Aug 2024. Ticket number is 93954543, UID number is 9888, service code is 1768. The bus should come and pick up at 9:30AM. However this bus did not arrived to Dhone and when my sister called Driver many times his phone was not reachable and not lifting. Also after long calling he lifted phone and said he is having breakfast at bypass and will come late. Since we are loosing time we choose other bus.
My sister called me to cancel and I called customer care. Customer care says it is normal that bus will come late and trains as well come late. So as passenger we need have patience and wait. There is no provision for cancellation immediately in case service is not supporting or delay. Kindly consider public timing interest and provide service on time and provide cancellation.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the extremely disappointing customer service experience I encountered at TGSRTC Logistics on[protected]. The interaction left me feeling undervalued and disrespected as a customer.

On 15-07-1, at approximately [3:30 PM IST], I visited the TGSRTC Logistics office located at [Jangaon]. I approached the counter to inquire about PRODUCT delivered status 22336735. Instead of receiving assistance, I was met with exceptionally rude behavior from your staff member, whose name badge indicated [staff member's name].

The staff member in question exhibited the following unprofessional conduct:

Dismissive Attitude: Despite my polite inquiry, they responded with dismissive gestures and seemed unwilling to provide information.
Lack of Courtesy: Their tone was condescending and impatient, which made me feel unwelcome.
Poor Communication: They did not explain the process clearly and appeared annoyed by my questions.

As a customer, I believe that every individual deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy. The behavior exhibited by your staff member not only reflects poorly on your organization but also creates a negative impression of TGSRTC Logistics as a whole.

I trust that TGSRTC Logistics values customer feedback and takes complaints seriously. I kindly request that appropriate action be taken to address this matter promptly. I would appreciate a response acknowledging this complaint and outlining the steps being taken to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.

When I'm traveling in TSRTC from Alwin cross roads to lingampally.. conductor is misbehaving with ladies and talking bad words towards ladies...I think that's not way of talking with passenger's talking rudely and I think he is in drunk it seems so because of that i just want to raise a complaint towards bus conductor... spoken with TSRTC customer care team but no proper response from them vehicle number is AP11Z6686

I have travelled from Aramghar to shamshabad on 18th may and gave 20/- to conductor, he issued 10/- ticket and not returned 10/- charge.

I'm travelling from Kadapa to Hyderabad in AC BUS service No 8262 on 24/05/2024. As I entered the bus, it looked hot inside and the passengers inside are sweating. There is no proper response from the maintainer . My question is why do you collect AC charges without providing it and also the bus is smells with bad smell due to lack of AC. Ranigunj depot buses are not allowing to get in to bus even though we said we use to get down at ranigunj bus depot itself, conductor is talking so rudely get down bus first our service over we won’t do duty after our service completed we won’t allow any one to get in to bus but some busses are allowing to get in to the bus and they said we are suppose to allow people to get in to bus till we kept bus at depot what is the problem of this people against this bus the conductor is so bad and talking so rudely when there is targets RTC buses use to stop and request and call us to get in to bus but we are facing lot of problem they are. It stopping at bus stops and shouting at passengers kindly take action this is my second complaint against RNG bus depot people
