Iam a citizen of parada village, kattangoor village, nalgonda district
our bus service namely ''nalgonda - nakkalapally bus service'' was removed since corona and still not run till today .
Many people like school and college students are suffering due to this issue.
So please reintiate the bus service to our village as soon as possible.
The route is profitable many people used this mode of transport before corona.

We are students. We are going to college, We are stop the bus, the bus driver not stoped the bus.

We travelled to Medaram along with our Family and had Darshan and my sisters Adhar card was approved at all over the Medaram Trip, while returning Home we entered in the Bus with number TS 09 UB 7254. This incident took place around 6: 18. When he asked for ticket my sister showed him aadhar card and he started saying that it is not workable. My sister told him it worked all over the trip of Medaram why it is not workable here. Instead of he explaining her about the situation that he will not accept aadhar card which is in white and black he started shouting at my sister in an unprofessional way and also asked the Driver to stop the bus and he was shouting at my sister saying that he will kick my sister out. Even the Driver without understanding the situation stopped the Bus at the side of the road and was waiting for the Approval of the conductor to start the Bus. After that he charged for the ticket and then he started the Bus. His behavior was very rude with Ladies and both the Driver and Conductor are having a very good understanding. He did not even approve the Adhar Card of my neighbor girl saying harshly that her face is not matching with the Adhar Card and throwed the Adhar Copy on her. He was behaving very rudely with all the Ladies. You may even send someone and make them travel in that Bus so that you will get the proof of that conductor. Even while getting down from the Bus when I told the Driver that you both have a very good understanding the Driver after I got down from the Bus, he angrily drove the Bus Fastly. Please do the needful but punishing both the driver and conductor so that they will again not repeat this and treat Women with Respect.

Near boats club bus stop AP11Z6123 bus has not stopped even after seeing in the side mirror that we are coming by running and near to bus

I am waiting in the Alicafe bus stop in the morning on 27.02.2024, exactly at 10.30am one ordinary bus 113 and one metro bus 113 reached at alicafe. Only ordinary bus took a stop which was very tight but metro was not stopped which was very free. Even after seeing passengers are waiting in the bus stop how can the buses go without taking stop????? Kindly arrange one bus stop at alicafe, there is no bus stop, bus drivers are taking drive on their wish.

I was travelling with my 2 kids to Ramanthapur homeopathy hospital, Hyderabad. At the u turn the rtc bus took a deep turn and hit👏 my vehicle leading to wheel damage.. The bis don't stop initially the people around stopped the bus and the driver hid his face to not take photos. .. My two kids had a strong hot on ground.. Leading to traffic jam we moved away.

Am going to duty purpose to nagarkurnool on regular in TSRTC in the same I traveled in bus No TS08UB4018 on 23/02/2024 morning the bus going to kollapur from Hyderabad. Am asking driver to bus at BSNL OFFICE NAGARKURNOOL but driver was refused and he going fast and he saying there is no stop at this point I will not stop the bus here then I said ok am requesting you please stop I have attended duty at 10 am but driver not listening my words...

I stand in the bus between passengers legs and front seat because they wanted to go down by next station and I should go for long distance so I wanted to sit in that seat bus conductor came to me and he asked why u stand here I said theese will go down in next station he tried to slap me and he used unparliamentary language to scold me and I started to cry and he left

I am writing this email to highlight the the issue of state road transport buses stopping in front of M/s.Shabnams - Bharat Petroleum Petrol pump in L.B.Nagar which is impacting our customers who come to fill the fuel and causes inconvenience to them and is causing loss of business to us. We have requested the bus drivers many times to not stop in front of our retail outlet but it has had no impact. As there are hundreds of buses which are going towards Vijaywada and onwards they have been stopping here for nearly six months due to the original bus stop moved due to the fly over which has caused havoc for our business.

The passengers all wait in front of our pump causing further health and safery hazards, they use the toliets facilties are rude to our staff and misbehave with them. Cars coming to drop the passengers further block entry into our pump and the whole place becomes unmanageable during the peak hours from 8:30 PM onwards.

Could you please help with the issue as this is impacting our business and our passengers we are losing customers and suffering losses. Could the concerned authorities make a proper bus stop and guide the passengers to it and request the bus drivers to stop as the allocated bus stop.

We have complained numerous times to the police who have come and requested the buses to move but they cannot come every day as they have other priorties.

I plan to call press/ media to highlight the issue as it has become unbearable and we are not able to resolve it as our forecourt supervisors on duty try every night but are not successful as the passengers are rude/abusive and adamant as the buses are stopping to pick them in front of the pump.

Dear sir/mam,
I'm a daily passenger from siricilla to karimnagar & vice versa since past 2years. I have boarded the bus TS02UC636 today, I got down the bus within a span of 5mins in the mid way, knowing a medical emergency at my home through a phone call. This made both the driver & the conductor furious & burst out in anger on me. Even on explaining the situation, they were'nt ready to listen, this was extremely humiliating. Hope you'll kindly take necessary action.

Bus no AP11Z6455 on 13.4.2024 at 10.45am this bus is going to ranigunj bus depot so we get in to bus due to we have to go to ranigunj bus depot but this driver is so bad person talking so rudely and even conductor is also bad unnecessarily they stoped the bus near jeedimetla bus stop and they both went because we get in to bus after we get down and catch another bus the came and started the bus kindly take action against this bus driver and conductor iam adding even bus pic

Kindly fecelitate with prover booking sms and driver number messages for booing or night reservation
