I have cancelled a tsrtc bus ticket booked from hyderabad (Kphb) to bangalore. It’s been 30 days but i didn’t receive my money yet. Please provide my refund asap. Details of my ticket mentioned in the photos. I have called them 3 times regarding my refund, there aren't responding to it and not providing me with my refund Please help me in getting my refund. I have applied for bus pass but I have lost the acknowledgement letter and the bus pass date is over I want take new pass pls provide me the new pass SSC [protected] year 2013

Due to rainy season my buspass got torn a little bit where the expiry date is mentioned and i have more 1month validity but conductors are not accepting it and also the rathifile buscounter secunderabad people are not replacing it I'm a student and its 1200rs value. Please help me sir
