Sir/Ma'am, my complaint s regarding Melt n Slim belt which was ordered on 26 jan 17 and delivered by Tele Buy company on 27 Jan 17. the company rep confirmed me for return call for assuring me the size of the product before the delivery. whereas the company rep has failed to give me a return call for confirming the size of product and despatched for delivery on 27 jan 17 at around 1600hrs. Before delivery of the product i received a call from this number ([protected]) regarding delivery of the item. before that i enquired about the size of the product, for which they replied " small and medium". and they also assured if the product is not suiting the requirement then the product will be replaced with required size. therefore after making the payment of (Rs. 2500 cash on delivery) the product was found to be unsuitable for use. i.e. size was not matching. Finally, i rang up tele buy customer care for a resolution and they responded that " complaint has been initiated and resolution will be intimated soon" After a long wait i again tried to reach the customer care for their decision regarding the product. They again responded " Sir...! you have to visit our near by branch for getting your product replaced or you will have to send it by courier which will hardly take 150 rupees " ... I told them that " because ofyour service i am already at loss. i told them " your product is of no use to me now ". so please make some arrangements for replacing the product at my address. whereas the company executive has turned down my request fo r doing the same. sir, am a defence person working in indian airforce, head quarter southern air command akkulam trivandrum, kerala. my nature of job is 24 hours on duty and my nature of job doesnt allow me travel 25 kms ahead and search for the company to get my requirement fullfilled. this is a kind of injustice and harrassment to a soldier who also a saviour of the country . i have ordered this product because of the trust i made with this company. whereas at this juncture i am mentally and financially harrassed by the company executive.
