I bought a telebuy product from Chennai. Turbo tank Cleaner on 08.06.2019. After receiving the product, once put to use we came to know the product is faulty . the pipes are leaking and three pipes are not fitting properly to one another, because of this the water and dust cannot be cleaned. I tried to contact customer care of RP telebuy and no response.([protected]), Reached them through online chat and got the response to look into the matter. No use, till date no response. please look into the matter and immediate action required. Solution for this problem is that they have to change the product or pay back the money. I have attached photo and if they keep on delaying, the company has to pay compensation also. I am saving everything for proof. The document of tax invoice and online complaints also.
