15 days back, i have registered a complaint (Complaint #[protected] with telebuy customer care for the service and replacement of demaged parts (Photo attached) of orbitrek elite.. On 26 july, i have received mail from customer care and also informed me over the phone that.
Company don't have spares and they stop production of """orbitrek elite". So they requested me to buy damaged asset from open market.

But it is not available in the open market as well.

Note: it is 2yrs old asset and purchased thru telebuy site.

Orbitek elite bicycle was purchased ten years back. We are using but not regularly. At present aproblem arises while pedaling unbearable sound like TUk TUk coming from gearbox.so we are feeling service is needed and requesting you to provide serving to rectify the problem.
