I bought a ladder from you vide order no [protected]. We are not able to assemble the same. Looks like all the parts are note there. I am trying to contact customer care but nobody picks up the phone. I stay in delhi and i ordered this for my parents. I think my 8000 is gone waste. Can you pls ask some one to visit the address and help my parents to verify all the parts are there and help them assemble the same. The delivery boys could not help them as they also felt that there was something missing. Please treat this as very urgent, else i will be filing a complaint soon to the regulators Was this information helpful? | |||
