[Resolved] Telebuy.in / RP Telebuy Skyshop — ordered products & paid but still not received, requested for cancellation but still not processed

I placed order (Slim and lift combo - rs.2899) on 26-april 2019 at telebuy, the product was not delivered. So i requested for cancellation on 7-may. But its still not processed and they are not attending my phone calls and no proper response. Here my order details:
